烹调方法
- 黄瓜、火腿切成丝。豆芽焯烫,变凉后放冰箱。
- 用大量开水煮凉拌面专用面条,煮好后用加冰块的冷水里冲泡,使其变凉后淋上芝麻油。
- 盘子上装面,上面摆放[1]中备好的食材,要注重颜色搭配。浇上凉拌面用酱油调味汁。
- 浇上味滋康金芝麻酱(粗磨焙煎芝麻味、或热量减半型。一人2—3汤匙)即可食用。
